Shipping and Delivery

At PhoneSwap Store, we take shipping seriously. Every order is securely packed and dispatched using trusted delivery partners. Our aim is to provide a fast, tracked, and reliable service so you can shop with confidence.

Dispatch Times

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
  • After 2:00pm / Weekends / Bank Holidays: Orders are dispatched the next working day.

All delivery timeframes shown below begin from the time your order is dispatched, not the time you place your order.

Delivery Services We Use

We may use Royal Mail or a courier such as DHL / DPD / Evri depending on your item, delivery method selected, parcel size, and destination. Many of our parcels are sent using a tracked service and, where appropriate, signature on delivery is used for additional security.

Delivery times below are estimates and may vary during busy periods (e.g., Christmas), extreme weather, or courier disruption. We will always assist you if there is an unexpected delay.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with household members/neighbours and any safe place.
  • If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist with a courier enquiry.

Signed For / Secure Delivery

For higher value items, we may use signature on delivery to ensure the parcel is delivered securely. This helps protect both the customer and the seller from loss or theft.

Delivery Address Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.
  • We cannot be responsible for delays, loss, or returned parcels caused by incorrect/insufficient address details.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, we can re-send it once returned (additional postage may apply).

Delays and Courier Disruption

Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we will always support you and raise an enquiry where needed.

  • Busy periods (e.g., Christmas), extreme weather, and courier network issues can cause delays.
  • If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can help promptly.

Lost Parcels and Investigations

If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier. Investigations can take a few working days depending on the courier and service used.

  • We may ask for confirmation of your delivery address and any additional delivery details to support the investigation.
  • Once the courier investigation is completed, we will provide a suitable resolution in line with your consumer rights.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered for your order, delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes where applicable.

In-Store Pickup – Collection in Person

      • Available only if you or a courier can collect directly from our store.
      • Do NOT select this option if you require home delivery.
      • Bring valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting.

How to Track Your Parcel

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
