Warranty, Delivery & Returns
All deliveries are recorded and require a signature on arrival to ensure safe, secure delivery.
UK Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is guaranteed for the next working day before 1pm. A flat rate of £5 per order applies.
International Delivery
We offer global delivery via trusted couriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail International. Costs range from £10–£30 depending on destination. Final pricing is shown at checkout.
Packaging
Used devices are shipped in 100% recycled cardboard and protected with bubble wrap. New devices are sent in original sealed packaging. All orders are shipped in Royal Mail Special Delivery pouches.
Warranty & Returns
All used devices include a 12-month warranty covering hardware and manufacturing faults. Every order is backed by our 30-day returns policy — return the device in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Used phones may not retain manufacturer warranty, although newer models often do. New devices come with full manufacturer warranty as standard.
